Casemet Group is growing through a business acquisition

On March 29, 2021, Casemet Oü and Fimeca Estonia Oü signed an agreement under which Casemet will acquire Fimeca's mechanics business in Pärnu. Fimeca is a Finnish-owned family company focused on mechanics in Estonia. The agreement will enter into force on 1 April 2021 and the business will be transferred to Casemet on 1 April 2021. The transferring company will be merged under Casemet Oü.

Through the business acquisition, Casemet Group implements its growth strategy and expands Casemet Pärnu's resources and manufacturing processes with stages of welding, powder painting and silk-screen printing.

Jukka Kokkonen, CEO of Casemet Group, is delighted with the business transaction and the opportunities it brings: "I am very proud that we have been able to implement our growth strategy as a company, together with all our staff. Together, we have achieved the goals set, which will enable us to grow and develop in the future as well."
