Enervent Zehnder

It started from contract manufacturing of sheet metal structures. Soon after that came along mechanical assembly, and most recently, electromechanical assembly. Now Casemet manufactures several of Enervent Zehnder's end products — ventilation units designed for both residential and public spaces.

Enervent Zehnder Oy is a Finnish company with a passion for indoor climate.  The company has been developing, manufacturing and marketing energy-efficient solutions that improve the indoor climate since 1983.  Enervent Zehnder's mission is to help people live and work in a healthy and pleasant indoor climate by providing state-of-the-art easy-to-use ventilation equipment to save energy costs and money.

The cooperation between Casemet and Enervent Zehnder has intensified year by year, driven by open and honest discussion and a shared desire to develop both products and manufacturing.  Tommi Falck, Production Manager at Enervent Zehnder, especially appreciates Casemet's flexible service and the fact that manufacturing takes place in Finland.

One of the Enervent products manufactured at the Casemet Mikkeli plant is Enervent Salla ventilation unit designed for residential use.  The energy-efficient Salla is lower in size than many other devices, so it is well suited for installation in spaces where other equipment cannot fit. The manufacture of  Enervent ventilation units requires special expertise in electromechanical assembly, which includes e.g. installation  of automation and electrical resistor on the equipment frame.  Ventilation units have their own quality  requirements and approvals that the products must reach. Each ventilation unit completed at the Casemet factory will be tested before it is delivered to the customer. The quality of the product is assessed throughout the manufacturing process, from the manufacture of the metal enclosure to the electrical testing.

The cooperation has also created an opportunity for Casemet to develop its own operations and expertise within the house. The production stages of the ventilation machines have been further refined and thus Casemet´s own know-how has also developed.

We have been able to show our expertise at the level of our work and thus develop cooperation. At the heart of everything has always been an honest and open discussion with the customer.
