Casemet's partnership players, goalkeepers Markus Ruusu and Eetu Anttila, and Jukurit Sales Manager Pekka Pöyhönen visited the Mikkeli factory to share the team's news and thoughts on the upcoming season. The relaxed and pleasant atmosphere boosted the visit, during which Ruusu and Anttila talked about their daily routines and how they take care of their own well-being in the hectic everyday life of players. Valid advice for the well-being of a professional hockey player is good for all of us; Daily routines, a regular meal rhythm and sufficient sleep are key. Calming down after game nights without smart devices has also proven to be a very good way to count laps and improve sleep quality. The players also highlighted the importance of mental well-being.

Casemet team has enthusiastic Jukurit fans. Goalkeepers Anttila (left) and Ruusu handed out playing cards to Casemet's staff with autographs. VIP tickets for the season's home games will be raffled among Casemet's staff.

It's great that the good partnership with Jukurit, which has developed year by year, will continue this season as well. It was also great how openly the players talked about their everyday life and well-being, and answered the questions asked by our staff in good spirits. This is a good place for us to continue building cooperation! says Casemet's CEO Sanna Vihersalo.

At the end of the visit, Jukurit took a tour of the factory, where the latest machine investments and the new extension of the Mikkeli factory aroused great interest.

See you at the matches!
