Etra is a Finnish specialist in technical trade, offering its customers a wide range of industrial products and services. One of Etra’s products is the Etra eLock locker machine, an intelligent and secure storage solution for workplaces, industrial environments, schools and public spaces, for example. The machine enables efficient tracking and logistics management of small items, among other things.
As a contract manufacturer, Casemet manufactures the sheet metal components for Etra’s eLock locker machine and is responsible for its mechanical and electromechanical assembly. The manufacturing processes at Casemet’s Mikkeli plant include sheet metal fabrication (cutting, bending, welding and surface treatment), mechanical and electromechanical assembly, customer-specific wrapping, finished product testing and packaging. “Our strong expertise across all areas of contract manufacturing guarantees a high-quality product for the customer,” says Ari Karjalainen, Sales Manager at Casemet Group.

The locker machine incorporates sensitive technology and is a visually impressive product.
