Manufacturing ventilation units requires specialised expertise in electromechanical assembly, including the installation of automation components and electric heaters into the equipment frame. Ventilation units must meet specific quality requirements and certifications. Each unit produced at Casemet is tested before delivery, and product quality is assessed throughout the entire manufacturing process – from the production of the metal frame to final electrical testing.
Through the collaboration, Casemet has also developed its own operations and in-house expertise. The production stages of ventilation units have been further refined, while internal capabilities have been strengthened.
