Casemet and Gasmet may have quite similar names, but these two companies also share something else: a partnership. Casemet and Gasmet have been working together for several years.
Gasmet Technologies is a Finnish technology company that designs and manufactures high-end gas analysers and emission monitoring systems. These are used to measure emissions from industrial processes, gases released into the atmosphere from natural sources, and gases present in working environments.
One of Gasmet’s key products is the portable emission monitoring system DX4000. It is the world’s lightest and most durable FTIR-based emission monitoring system. The product is typically used for monitoring and research of stack emissions.

The DX4000 gas analyser is designed to be used with a robust portable sampling system. Casemet manufactures the enclosure for Gasmet’s portable sampling system. It is great to be part of the manufacturing process of important products that contribute to a safer environment.

Customised Cubo E enclosure at Casemet’s Mikkeli factory
The enclosure for Gasmet’s portable sampling system is manufactured at Casemet’s Mikkeli factory. The enclosure is customised from Casemet’s standard Cubo E enclosure to meet Gasmet’s requirements. This includes, for example, cutouts required by the sampling system.
The sampling system is used to measure the concentration of emission gases in wet and corrosive gas flows, such as those found in waste incineration plants and power plants. The Cubo E enclosure, made of stainless steel (AISI 304), is designed to withstand these extreme conditions and environments.
