Jukolux is a Finnish lighting technology company that designs and manufactures high-quality lighting solutions for demanding conditions. JUKO AFH is ideally suited for various production facilities in the steel industry and wood processing, for example. The idea of the luminaire is to combine very high light output, efficient thermal management and a long service life in challenging conditions. The luminaire housing is engineered to efficiently dissipate even high thermal loads away from its critical components, ensuring exceptional reliability and durability under the most demanding operating conditions. Its advanced thermal management also enables a high luminous output. The luminaire is designed for operation in ambient temperatures of up to 75°C, with an expected lifetime of up to L80 = 100,000 hours at an ambient temperature of +75°C.
Casemet’s Cubo F enclosure brings flexibility to the installation and connection of the JUKO AFH luminaire The enclosure provides installers with easy access to the luminaire’s connection compartment while maintaining a high level of protection in demanding industrial environments. The Cubo F enclosure is customized to meet the customer’s specific requirements, including customer-specific cut-outs, surface treatments, and optional accessories. With its high IP and IK ratings, the Cubo F enclosure enhances the overall luminaire assembly by providing excellent protection against moisture, dust, high temperatures, impacts, and vibration.
The enclosures for the JUKO AFH luminaire are finished in customer-specific colors. They are powder coated in an automated painting line and then finished by hand using a powder coating spray gun to ensure a high-quality, durable surface finish.
