As part of our growth strategy, we have made organizational changes designed to support our future ambitions. These changes enable us to make broader use of our expertise, clarify responsibilities, and ensure focused development in key strategic areas. We are further strengthening our product management capabilities, New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, and the use of artificial intelligence to drive innovation and business performance. As part of the changes, new appointments have been made to the Casemet Group’s management team as of July 1, 2026.
Karo Häkkinen has been appointed Chief Product Officer (CPO) and is responsible for product management, NPI operations and the role of enclosure product manager.
Aki Hyyryläinen will continue as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will be responsible for IT, artificial intelligence, sustainability and real estate.
Taavi Laursoo has started as Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for overall operations.
